• Countless Reasons to Love Chicago

A city with unmatched museums, renowned shopping and dining, surrounded by beautifull lakefront beaches. There is no end to what you can do and see in Chicago!

    • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel on a shorter notice, you will be held responsible for the full amount of the tour price. Our tours go out rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast several days before the tour and give us at least a 48-hour notice, if you do not want to do the tour in bad weather. We don’t recommend booking a tour on the same day of your arrival, because flight delays or traffic are always possibilities, especially when travelling to New York. If you have any emergencies, e.g. a flight cancellation, call us immediately and we will try to do our best to reschedule your tour.

    • What if the weather is bad?

Our tours go out rain or shine – and snow for that matter. The tours include some indoor sites, where we can take a break from the elements. But as grandmother said, there is no bad weather, just bad clothing, so please dress appropriately. If we think the weather is hazardous, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. We recommend checking the weather forecast a couple of days beforehand.

    • What should I wear?

With the amount of walking involved, we recommend you wearing comfortable walking shoes and clothes. Leave your high heels at home. Also, we recommend to check the weather forecast before the tour, so you know whether to bundle up or wear it loose.

    • How much walking is there during these tours?

While we use the subway here and there, you have to be able to walk longer distances and walk the subway stairs. This is simply the best way to discover New York. If you have health or mobility issues, our group tours might not be the right fit for you. You are welcome to book a private tour with us, where you decide your own speed.

    • Are the subway tickets included in the tour?

Subway tickets are not included in the ticket price. Please bring a subway pass of $7.50 to the tour.

    • Are the cost for food samples included and what about lunch?

The cost for food samples and lunch are not included. During the tours, you will have the option to try 1-2 New York food samples on the way if you like. We will also stop for lunch during the 6-hour tours. The cost for lunch depends on where you choose to eat.

    • Can I tip the tour guide?

If you had a great time during your tour and would like to express that to your tour guide, a tip is certainly very much appreciated.
